Mini Express is now also suitable for use on all induction hobs, with coffee served directly into the cups which are kept warm thanks to the special aluminum support plate.

Preparing coffee with Mini Express Induction is really simple: just fill the boiler with water up to the safety valve, add the filter tank and fill it with ground coffee without pressing. Close the Mini Express Induction tightly without putting too much pressure on the dispenser and place it on the hob at a medium temperature.
