Orders can be picked up daily, from 2.00 to 5.30 pm via delivery partner on working days.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Coffeeworkz processes the local delivery at the same preference with domestic delivery.
FREE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within two to three working days using preferred shipping partner according to customer location. No shipping fee applies to orders shipping across India. We do not ship outside of India at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping.
REGARDING DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods to info@coffeeworkz.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
