The centrepiece of the Pour Over range is the coffee filter holder - without it nothing is possible. This hand filter holder has two openings and an improved arrangement of the ribs inside. Things you need to know
Two outlets to brew two cups of coffee at the same time.
Side openings allow you to check the amount of coffee in the cup during brewing.

Perform cleaning and maintenance of the valves
a) Inspection valve:
In some cases drinking water causes limescale deposits in the coffee machine valve hole: the consequences are the risk of the valve becoming clogged and the product malfunctioning. With the new valve that can be inspected the problem of limestone obstructions can be avoided by using the small piston coming out of the valve: it is sufficient during normal washing operations to move the piston along its axis.
b) Valve not inspectable:
To clean the valve, we recommend using a pin.

We recommend cleaning and REPLACEMENT of all parts, funnel filter, plate and gasket.

Leaking from the thread?
Grease the fillets with edible oil or Vaseline. Check that it is properly closed.
The steel coffee maker does not trigger on the induction plate?
Carefully read the instructions for use of the induction plate and check the minimum diameter necessary for the plate to read the coffee maker. Place the coffee maker on the inductor of suitable size, usually the smallest. Use to minimum power for a tasty coffee.
Stains inside the boiler or in the upper part?
Carefully read the Instructions for Use, to avoid the formation of stains it is necessary that the coffee maker is well dried after washing. Cleaning with a damp sponge and baking soda helps to remove stains.
The boiler is brownish?
Cause:The boiler darkens when it remains on the heat source too long after having dispensed, no water remains in the boiler and therefore the temperature rises and changes the color of the metal.

The cream is not satisfactory?
Read the Instructions for Use carefully. Respecting the right doses of water and coffee, it is important to use a mixture of suitable coffee, minimum 70% robust and 30% Arabica. The flame must be suitable for the diameter of the coffee maker but lively.
