How to make coffee with the Brikka: fill the lower vessel with water, using the measuring cup supplied (2 cups: 120 ml), insert the funnel filter into the water vessel and fill it with ground moka coffee, without pressing. Screw the collector to the water vessel and close tightly without leveraging the handle. Place the coffee pot on the heat source. Use a medium heat setting on the hob. Check promptly after the crema foam has finished forming in the brewing vessel and immediately remove Brikka from the hob. Pour the coffee into cups, distributing coffee and foam evenly.

Cleaning instructions: the Bialetti Moka Express Colour should only be rinsed  with water after each use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of  coffee.
